About Cincinnatvs...
1964 - Present

I began my career in programming computers in high school, when I learned BASIC on a Hewlett-Packard mini-computer. Soon, I was writing AppleSoft BASIC on an Apple 2+ and 6502 Machine Language on the same computer. I loved doing the things I could with code on a computer!

Over the last 30+ years, I have taught myself the Event Driven Language on IBM's Series/1 minicomputer; the C Programming Language using Borland Turbo C on an MS/DOS PC, then on systems running IBM OS/2, then IBM AIX; the Java Programming Language on Windows PC's and servers, the IBM 3090 "Mainframe", under IBM WebSphere, and on servers running UNIX (AIX, HP-UX, System V Release 4, Solaris/SunOS, and many flavors of Linux); Structured Query Language (SQL) on IBM DB2, Oracle, Informix, Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL, including writing Java Stored Procedures in Informix, Oracle and DB2; HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) up to HTML5, CSS3 and using Responsive Design techniques; and, I am an adherent of the Extreme Programming (Extreme Programming) paradigm, including Agile Development, Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration.

I have utilized these skills to solve problems in warehousing and logistics, retail, pharmacy, healthcare, automotive manufacturing, information security and government emissions reporting.

Let me apply my skills and abilities to enable you to take advantage of your most challenging opportunities.
